- Invest in those initiatives, inform others broadly and support efforts to replicate.
- Connect innovation across communities and various school models.
- Identify failed practices, ineffective programs or inefficient models to encourage corrective action and educate community leaders across NC.
- Support efforts to share information on positive transformations happening in education through speakers, web engagement, media and community outreach.
- Promote opportunities to reduce bureaucracies and transfer dollars from Administration to Education.
- Be a catalyst for positive transformation in education across North Carolina.
